Batter Up
In Spring 2021, our sister company Captive Resources took its talents to the diamond by forming a co-ed softball team, participating in a local league. They returned for another fun season in summer 2022, and in 2023, we hope to see some Edgewater colleagues swinging a bat alongside their CRI teammates and racking up some RBIs.
Intro to Golf
In 2022, our sister company Captive Resources also launched an Intro to Golf program. The initiative is designed to help our female colleagues learn the game and feel more comfortable participating in business golf events. The program consists of four lessons:
- Golf etiquette/rules of the game
- Short game techniques (chipping and putting)
- Full swing instruction
- A 9-hole round to put it all together
